You can then invite family and professionals to communicate, coordinate, and manage the care. CareTree for Professionals is for professional Care Managers and Caregivers to easily track case notes, access client information, manage tasks, communicate with the care team (families OR professionals), and clock-in/out to caregiving shifts. Families can also use CareTree for Professionals to track time for caregivers theyve hired directly, giving you electronic visit verification.

CareTree will check for data in Apple Health (HealthKit - Just for iPhone, not for iPad) on your DEVICE for a patient you choose in order to send this data to CareTree vitals. In case you allow it to run on background CareTree will ask for the Apple Health data every 15 minutes to sync it automatically.
